1. About the Service

Pallet Colorado ("we", "us") operates palletcolorado.com (the "Site"). The Site is a referral service. When you submit a quote request, we pass it to partner suppliers in our network. We do not sell, buy, repair, transport or recycle pallets ourselves, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a supplier.

2. Quotes and Transactions

Partner suppliers set their own prices, terms, availability, delivery and pickup schedules, warranties and return policies. Any purchase, sale or service is an agreement between you and the supplier. Review the supplier's terms before you agree to a quote.

3. Free Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request is free and creates no obligation to buy or sell anything. We do not guarantee that a supplier will respond, that a particular product is available, or that a quote will meet your needs.

4. Information on the Site

Content on the Site, including pallet grades, sizes and standards, is general information. It may not be complete or current. Confirm specifications and check current regulations, such as export requirements, with your supplier and the relevant authorities before relying on them.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to submit accurate information and not to use the Site to send spam, attempt to disrupt it, or access it by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it.

6. No Warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We make no warranty about the products or services of any partner supplier.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pallet Colorado is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site or from any dealings with a partner supplier. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent permitted by law.
