Common Pallet Repairs
Partner suppliers handle work from a single replacement board to full pallet refurbishment. These are the most common repairs you can request.
Board Replacement
Cracked, split, or missing deck boards and bottom boards are replaced with matching lumber. Ask the partner supplier about kiln-dried or heat-treated replacement boards if you need them.
Stringer Repair
Damaged stringers are reinforced with companion stringers or fully replaced. Rated loads vary by design and repair; ask the supplier.
Re-Nailing & Fastening
Loose boards are re-nailed and protruding nails are driven flush to help prevent product damage.
Heat Treatment
Some partner suppliers can heat-treat repaired pallets for export. ISPM 15 treatment brings the wood core to 56 °C for 30 minutes, and treated pallets carry the supplier's HT mark.
Block Repair
Crushed or split blocks on block-style pallets are replaced so the pallet can take a forklift from all four sides again.
On-Site Repair
Some partner suppliers may be able to repair pallets at your location, so stacks don't have to be hauled away and back. This can suit operations with steady volume. Availability depends on partner suppliers.
