Pallet Colorado ("we", "us") operates palletcolorado.com (the "Site"). Pallet Colorado is a referral service: we pass quote requests for buying, selling and recycling pallets in Colorado to partner suppliers in our network. We do not hold pallet inventory, run a yard or operate trucks.

2. Information You Provide

When you submit our quote request form, we collect:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company name (optional)
• City, state and ZIP or postal code
• The service, product type, quantity and grade you are asking about
• Any message you include

The form also records the page you sent it from and a timestamp, and includes a hidden field that helps block automated spam.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to handle your quote request:

• Your request is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which we use to receive and route quote requests.
• The request is shared with one or more partner suppliers in our network so they can contact you and prepare a quote.
• We may use the request details to prevent spam and abuse of the form.

We do not sell your personal information. Partner suppliers that receive your request handle it under their own privacy practices.

4. Analytics and Cookies

We use PostHog analytics in cookieless mode to count visits and see which pages are useful. Visitors in Europe and visitors whose browser sends a privacy signal (Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track) are counted without cookies or storage on their device. The Site sets no advertising cookies and does not use advertising trackers.

5. Retention

We and the 1DB lead platform keep quote requests for as long as needed to route them, follow up and keep business records, and then delete or anonymize them. Partner suppliers keep the information they receive under their own retention practices.

6. Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop sharing it with partner suppliers. Send the request through our quote form and say what you would like us to do. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information sent through the Site, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Children

The Site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
